Today the Moon consorted with Mars in the home of the twins, Pollux and Castor, Gemini (Sidereal Astrology – real sky placement). The Spiritual Beings of Universal Love dwelling therein hosting the ennobled Moon and Mars piqued my intuition, bringing an inclination to know more about Tycho Brahe a famous astrologer and alchemist.
Tycho was born December 14, 1546, with the Sun in the constellation of Sagittarius the dwelling of the Archai, the Spirits of Personality, human forces of uprightness, despite challenges incurred to move from horizontal to the vertical plane. With an unknown birth time, in my calculations, his natal astrology chart shows a definite inclination for the destined path that unfolded as Tycho.
I feel drawn to the wisdom that Tycho brought forth as a true observer of the cosmos. He created many instruments to support astronomy and a very interesting cosmological model. Tycho intended that his work should prove the truth of his cosmological model, in which the Earth (with the Moon in orbit around it) was at rest in the centre of the Universe and the Sun went round the Earth (all other planets being in orbit about the Sun and thus carried round with it). https://mathshistory.st-andrews.ac.uk/Biographies/Brahe/
Willi Sucher suggests, “Tycho was indeed a man of strong choleric will. In spite of great obstacles he took up the profession of an astronomer.”
At the age of 30 he had his own observatory on the island of Hveen in the sound between Denmark and Sweden. With what could be deemed primitive instruments he was able to accurately catalogue the positions of many fixed stars. On the top floor of the castle in which he lived and worked astronomical observations are made under his direction. In the basement there is a chemical laboratory where medicaments were created and sold; possibly produced with special regard to cosmic forces. He showed himself to be a brilliant scientist with a modern mind on one hand, and held a great occult knowledge of the active relationship between Heaven and Earth on the other. – Willi Sucher
The relevance of this blog is to be a point of departure for what is soon to come as the stars speak to man. Mercury will soon be letting us hold our own as the Messenger retrogrades. The planetary orbital path of Mercury, as seen from Earth, is a Tychonic view that I will be presenting as an opportunity to look at the power of perception and/or perspective.
