We begin our Lenten preparation on February 27th, 2022, as Saturn in Capricorn, the dwelling of the ArchAngels (The Spirits of Fire), squares the “thinking” visitor to our solar system, Uranus in Aries, the dwelling of the Logos . Transformation is knocking at the door, how we choose to open it may determine the experience we encounter. Uranus is connected to the first stage of higher knowing or initiation, called by Rudolf Steiner, Imagination. All those Uranus original, inventive, unique, pioneering, revolutionary imaginations speaking to you through your thoughts, the impulse of the sacred word in Aries where the Spiritual Hierarchies of the Logos dwell.

The “Chymical Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz,” will be the guiding word through our Lenten preparation. The Chymical Wedding may be considered a living document, which with genuine engagement it may activate the soul.
The mystery of Venus is uniquely related to the Chymical Wedding and over the next eight years, from January 8, 2022 to January 6, 2030, Venus will complete its cycle of inferior conjunctions with the Sun that describes one full pentagram around the Earth. For me, a study of the Chymical Wedding now is like foundation building for the next eight years.

This living word now prepares us to continue our journey of this Light Divine in our Lenten Preparation. I intend to host a study each Sunday during Lent; February 27, March 6, 13, 20, 27, and April 3, to culminate on Palm Sunday April 10, commemorating the entrance of Christ into Jerusalem, when palm branches were placed in his path. The Palm branch is a symbol of victory, triumph, peace and eternal life. This marks the beginning of Holy Week, the final week of Lent.
May we explore allowing the warmth from Saturn, with the Spirits of Fire knocking at our door, to bring an alchemical transformation for us through our thinking? Would we allow Uranus, with the Logos, the opportunity to contribute to our transformation of thinking, elevating it to spiritual seeing, or en-light-ened thinking (in light)? The “Chymical Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz,” offers an initiation, an imagination in support of this transformation.
